Welcome to the RavenReal Blogcast ! 

I created this to help you understand why value-add multifamily real estate can be such a lucrative asset class; and if you’re thinking about buying or investing in some – why you should do it with us.

The purpose of this blogcast is not to convince you to invest your money rather than spend it; nor is it to provide you with the real estate basics (though I’ll expound on a few) – there are already a ton of books and podcasts that cover those topics from start to finish.  If you’re brand new to the world of real estate investing, reach out to me directly via any of the contact methods included on this site.  You can pick my brain; and I’ll also tell you where to find the right fundamental knowledge to help you better comprehend the information I cover here.
